hi sara! yes yes yes! i lived in wis. as a girl and wool is much needed in winter! were you there for the tornadoes too?

I went to college in Wisconsin. Winters there can be terrible and hard. Brrrrrrrrrrr.
When my father left his hometown of Fon du Lac in the '40s, he vowed
to never live where it snowed. He lived up to that.

Yep -20 this morning and the past 5 mornings. Chores aren't as much fun when it gets this cold. Wind chills of -35 make it dangerous to be out for long. All the better to stay in and spin, knit, and weave.

I'm tired of single digit temps when I wake up - can't imagine Wisconsin. And when we're good and sick of January, we have February to look forward to???
